Meet Jamilyn, the most ingenious embroider in the South! Jamilyn began sewing at a very young age and created pillows, blankets and dresses for her stuffed animals and dolls. She purchased her first embroidery machine five years ago and is self taught in skill and technique. She reads online tips and manuals to stay current with trends and practices, and says that she is not afraid to try new things. "When something doesn't turn out how I want it to, I try again! I love getting new ideas from the Internet, stores, etc."
On her biggest accomplishment, Jamilyn says that in one Christmas season alone she embroidered 160 make-up bags. Wow!
"I don't think I have one best or favorite creation; I love new designs that I can add to my portfolio and I have fun with requests and suggestions from customers."That's our cue!
