1.) Create an account
2.) Upload your images on the contact page, give a description of each item and name price of each item you would like to list
3.) Create a Pay Pal account
Once this has been established, you will be charged a list fee and your items will be ready to sell. The following are TSS List Rates:

The following is information for Terms of Use:
TERM of use
The Sweetest Stitch is a venue that allows handcrafters to list handcrafted items for sale. Listed items must be of exceptional quality and must be shipped promptly after bill of sale. Merchant must provide proof of shipment, via receipt, for process of payment. Failure to fill or ship an order within 2 days of purchase will result in permanent termination from the site.
Listed items and associated fees
By listing an item, the Merchant warrants that the sale of product is legal and the product complies in all respects with the description set forth of the product listed. Merchant will provide a description of the product, price of the product and a digital photograph of product in the format of a .jpg. Merchant will ship item purchased within 2 days of order placement. The Sweetest Stitch does not claim ownership of listed products. Merchant agrees that The Sweetest Stitch will store images of listed products and display items in any way The Sweetest Stitch chooses. If Merchant has a quantity surplus of a listed product, the Merchant has the option of providing quantities for listing purposes. The Merchant understands that The Sweetest Stitch will keep a 10% commission of final bill of sale.
Payment
Merchant must always keep contact information current; provide a valid email address and bank account number for processing of payments.
Federal income Tax
The Sweetest Stitch will send Merchant form 1099 for federal income tax purposes.
Privacy of Transaction
As part of the transaction, Merchant will receive Buyer’s shipping information. This personal information shall only be used for shipping purposes. Merchant agrees to abstain from marketing other handcrafts or using personal information for future marketing practices. Merchant understands that The Sweetest Stitch will not give Merchant license to use personal information for anything other than shipping purchased items. Failure to comply will result in permanent termination from site.
Merchants right to privacy
The Sweetest Stitch will not sell or disclose Merchant’s personal information without Merchant’s expressed written consent.
Disputes
In the event that a dispute arises between Merchant and The Sweetest Stitch please contact our home office at 24650 Blanco Road San Antonio, TX 78260. Any dispute arising from or relating to the content of this Merchant Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in Bexar County, Texas.
In the event that a dispute arises between the Merchant and Buyer, the Buyer will be refunded the price of the product. Merchant will be responsible for returning previous payment back to The Sweetest Stitch.
Assignment
There will be no assignment of this contract by Merchant.
Modifications and changes
This agreement may be changed, amended, modified, extended or terminated by mutual consent provided that such consent shall be in writing and executed by the parties hereto.
Entire Agreement
This agreement represents and embodies all the agreements and negotiations between the parties hereto and no prior or contemporaneous, oral, or written agreements or correspondence prior to the date of execution of this agreement shall be held to vary the provisions hereof.
